Questions, answered
How is this different from Notion?
Notion is a construction kit, and it's superb if building your own system is the part you enjoy. Most people don't. They open it to a blank page, work out that they need to learn databases, relations and templates first, and quietly go back to the Notes app. Nestriq gives you the same kind of building blocks with the system already assembled — you pick a template and start using it the same minute. It was also designed for a phone from the beginning, rather than a desktop tool squeezed onto one.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up and no password. Open the app and start. If you want your pages on more than one device, turn on iCloud sync — that runs through your own Apple account, not ours.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your notes, habits, budgets and everything else are stored on your device. We don't have servers holding your content, we don't run analytics on what you write, and we don't sell anything to anyone. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
What do I actually hit if I stay free?
Three caps: 5 pages, 3 habits, and 7 active reminders at a time. Completing a reminder frees up a slot. Beyond the caps, Plus adds location and context reminders, saving your own templates, and all themes and widgets.
Can I use it on iPad or Mac?
Nestriq runs on iPhone and iPad today, and syncs between them through iCloud. A Mac version is on the list.
When is it out?
